Is the initial layout really free?
Yes. You can request an initial 2D shelving layout proposal without a design fee or obligation to order. We confirm the project scope after reviewing your information.
Do I need a professional floor plan?
No. A clear hand-drawn sketch with dimensions is a useful starting point. Mark entrances, fixed features and the units used. Photos can help us understand the space.
How soon will I receive the proposal?
We confirm timing after reviewing your store information and the complexity of the layout. Include your target opening or installation date in the request.
Is this an architectural or compliance drawing?
The proposal is for shelving selection and positioning. Final dimensions, aisle clearances, accessibility, emergency access and installation requirements must be checked for your site and local requirements before ordering.
Are shipping and installation included?
Freight, unloading, assembly and installation are included only where explicitly stated in your quotation. Product availability, dispatch origin and delivery scope are confirmed for your project.
